A) Affected counter services

The following counter services are unavailable during a system maintenance on 30 June 2010, between 2:00pm and 5:30pm. They are expected to resume on 1 July 2010 at 8:00am.

Work Pass Counter Services at Ministry of Manpower at Havelock Road

1. Issuance, renewal and cancellation of Work Permits/ S Pass
2. Generation of Work Permit levy bills
3. Extension of social visit pass
4. Enquiry on work pass matters e.g. checking of application status
5. Issuance and extension of Special Pass

Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC) at Riverwalk Road

1. Card replacement for Employment Pass and related passes
2. Cancellation of Employment Pass and related passes
3. Issue and Renewal of Employment Pass and related passes

Work Pass Services Centre (WPSC) at Tanjong Pagar Road

1. Card replacement transactions for Work Permit and S Pass cards at the Card Replacement “R” Counters

B) Unaffected services

During the maintenance on 30 June 2010 between 2:00pm and 5:30pm, the following services are unaffected:

Employment Pass Services Centre (EPSC) at Riverwalk Road

1. Fingerprinting and registration*
2. Document verification and card collection (fingerprinting not required)*
3. Card collection

* Prior to your visit at the EPSC, please use EPOL to check that your passes have been successfully issued.

Work Pass Services Centre (WPSC) at Tanjong Pagar Road

1. Fingerprint registration and document verification (fingerprinting not required)
2. Document verification and card collection (fingerprinting not required)
3. Card collection

C) System maintenance for EPOL and WPOL

Work Permit Online (WPOL) and Employment Pass Online (EPOL) are closed for system maintenance on 30 June 2010 from 2:00pm. These services will resume on 1 July 2010 at 8:00am.
