Issuance of Pass

An approval letter will be sent to the local sponsor for successful applicants. Do note that the successful applicants are only allowed to participate in the programme/activity at the specified venue and date as indicated in the approval letter.

They will also have to ensure that they have a valid short term visit pass when participating in the programme/activity. More information on short term visit pass is available on the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority's website

If there is any change in the synopsis, time, venue or programme of the short-term assignment, the local sponsor is required to inform MOM Work Pass Division in writing three weeks prior to the date of the approved original programme.
