Renewal of Pass

A sponsoring company can retrieve the list of pass holders whose passes are due to expire within the next six months via EP Online and submit their renewal applications online.

In the event that the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has not received the sponsoring company's renewal request via EP Online, a renewal application form will be sent by post to the sponsoring company approximately two months before the pass expires. Upon receipt of the renewal notice, the sponsoring company may renew the pass through:

• EP Online
  - 80% of online applications are processed within seven days.
  
  
• Submission of renewal request using the hardcopy renewal form:
  - Complete the Dependant’s Pass renewal form and mail it to MOM Work Pass Division.
  
  - It will take at least five weeks to process a manual application.
  
  - Processing may take slightly longer when additional information is required from the various economic agencies. The outcome of the application will be sent to the sponsoring company.

Incomplete renewal applications or renewal applications that are not received by MOM at least two weeks before the expiry date will not be processed. The sponsoring company may have to submit a new application for the pass holder instead.
