Why can't I update the information of an expired medical insurance policy?

If your worker's medical insurance policy has been expired for more than 3 months, you will not be able to update the information using WP Online.

In this case, you need to send us a copy of the policy showing the policy number and cover period via iSubmit. Choose Request Type 7: Issuance & Renewal matters.

We will update the medical insurance details after verifying the policy.
