I don’t have internet access or don't use the computer. How can I check expiry date of a work permit?

If you don't have internet access or computer, you can call us at 6438 5122 to check work pass expiry date:

1. Choose your language.
2. Choose "1" to check validity of work pass.
3. Choose:
   • "1" for migrant domestic worker (MDW) or confinement nanny.
   • "2" for migrant worker.
   • "3" for Employment Pass, S Pass or other passes.
4. You can check using one of the following options:
   • MDW employer's NRIC
   • MDW employer's FIN
   • Worker's Work Permit number
   • Pass holder's FIN
