Yes.
Under Group 1SS, workers who use fake BCSS certificates to renew their work permits will have their fake BCSS certification cancelled. They will be repatriated as per the notification letter.
If the worker does not attend a CSOC to tie over the remaining validity of the work permit, the worker will be repatriated and permanently banned from working in Singapore. No further renewal is allowed upon expiry of the existing work permit.
