What are some possible valid reasons for dismissing an employee for misconduct?

The Employment Act does not include a detailed list of behaviours that constitute misconduct.

However, misconduct is broadly defined as the failure to fulfil the conditions of employment in the contract of service. Examples include theft, dishonesty, disorderly or immoral conduct at work and insubordination.
