What are the duties of an employer, principal and occupier in asbestos-related work?

Role	Duties
Employer or principal	Appoint a Competent Person for any required asbestos survey. Ensure that asbestos-containing materials are removed before buildings are demolished.
Occupier	Ensure that any asbestos removal work is undertaken by an approved asbestos removal contractor.
