I have submitted at least 40 SDUs and required documents. Why did I receive a letter from MOM saying that I don't have enough SDUs?

The SDUs may not have been included because:

SDUs from courses that are more than two years ago cannot be used.
SDUs that are previously submitted cannot be used again.
Course title and training provider name did not tally with the SDU item.
