I made an error while applying for notification or registration. What should I do?

If you made an error while applying for Factory Notification or Registration (still ‘Pending Agency Action’ or ‘Pending Modified Payment’ status), you can withdraw the application and resubmit a fresh application.

  1. Log in to GoBusiness.
  2. Go to Applications panel and retrieve your application concerned.
  3. Select option to ‘Withdraw’ under ‘Actions’.
  4. After withdrawal, select option ‘Duplicate’ under ‘Actions’, your application will be duplicated for resubmission as a draft in Drafts panel.
