What should be included in an employment agency's (EA) service agreement with a foreign domestic worker's (FDW) employer?

The service agreement is a contract that states the EA's terms and conditions, such as replacements, fee refunds, and dispute resolution mechanisms.

EAs must sign a written service agreement with employers of FDWs. This helps both parties clarify their obligations and reduces the likelihood of disputes.

EAs and FDW employers can use the recommended service agreement, which includes the terms and conditions based on the requirements of the Employment Agency Comprehensive Licence Condition 16.
