What can I do with this eService?Show

You can make the following reports to MOM:

  • Report on discriminatory job advertisement
    You came across a job advertisement that stated discriminatory requirement such as nationality, age, gender or race.
  • Report on nationality-related workplace discrimination
    You encountered discriminatory employment practices against Singaporeans in a company, e.g. hiring or promiting certain foreigners over Singaporeans.
  • Feedback on Fair Consideration Framework
    You have some comments or suggestions about the FCF and wish to let us know.

What does MOM do after I have reported an issue?Show

We would contact you within 7 days if more information are required.

MOM will investigate companies for potential breach of the FCF.

Will my submission be private and secure?Show

MOM will strictly keep all your personal information confidential. MOM will not divulge your personal information without your consent.

What information do I need to provide?Show

You need a valid SingPass to log in.

To report a case, we need the following information:

  • Discriminatory job advertisement:
    • Company name.
    • Details of the job advertisement, such as a copy of the advertisement or the website‘s URL.
  • Nationality-related workplace discrimination:
    • Company name.
    • Details of the discriminatory issue.

We would also need your personal particulars such as name, NRIC and contact numbers. Please be assured that these would be kept strictly confidential. MOM will not divulge your personal information without your consent.
