Guidance for compliance with Employment Act changes
The amendments to the Employment Act are effective from 1 April 2016.

|Companies with complex needs
Apply for funding support
Businesses can apply for funding to adopt IT solutions for the new Employment Act requirements:
- Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) – Businesses that send their HR officers for Employment Act-related training, or acquire or upgrade their IT systems to issue pay slips, etc., can tap on the PIC scheme.
SMEs can also approach the SME Centres for guidance on relevant government assistance schemes.
