Advisory Services

You can find out more about your rights and obligations under the Employment Act here, or find the answers to your questions in our Q&A database.

If you require assistance on claims made under the Employment Act, you can call MOM Contact Centre at 6438 5122 to book a 30-min appointment session with our Labour Relations Officer.

Please note that we are unable to provide you with advice outside of the Employment Act, e.g. legal issues related to your contract, Work Pass or Work Injury matters.

On the day of your appointment, please bring along the following documents:

  • NRIC/Work Permit/Employment Pass (where applicable); and
  • Copies of employment contract, payslips, attendance records, letter of termination (if any) and other relevant documents related to the claim.

The advisory service on Employment Act is available from 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
