Central Provident Fund Board
The
Central Provident Fund Board administers the Central Provident Fund (CPF), Singapore's social security savings plan that provides working Singaporeans with old-age and retirement financial security. It also administers CPF-related schemes such as Medisave,
Workfare, and the Skills Development Levy.
Singapore Labour Foundation
The Singapore Labour Foundation (SLF) provides financial support to NTUC, its affiliated unions, co-operatives and associations for their educational, social, cultural and recreational activities. It also extends assistance to lower-income union members through its welfare schemes. SLF is funded mainly by contributions from unions, co-operatives, and returns from investments.

Singapore Workforce Development Agency
The
Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) is the statutory board that leads and drive workforce development in Singapore. Its mission is to enhance the employability and competitiveness of all in the workforce. WDA is the administrator of the
Continuing Education and Training (CET) infrastructure, and the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) system.
