Central Provident Fund Board
The Central Provident Fund (CPF) is a compulsory and comprehensive social security savings plan which aims to provide working Singaporeans with a sense of security and confidence in their old age. It is administered by the CPF Board and was started on 1 July 1955.

Singapore Labour Foundation (SLF)
The Singapore Labour Foundation (SLF) has 76 institutional members, comprising 10 NTUC cooperatives as well as 66 unions and associations which are also affiliated to the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC). The affiliation is in accordance with the NTUC Constitution that requires NTUC affiliated unions, cooperatives and associations to be affiliated to SLF. SLF provides annual financial support to NTUC and its members for their educations, social, cultural and recreational activities. It also extends assistance to lower income union members through its welfare schemes.

Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA)
The Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) enhances the competitiveness of our workforce by encouraging workers to learn for life and advance with skills. In today's economy, most jobs require not just knowledge, but also skills. WDA collaborates with employers, industry associations, the unions and training organisations, to develop and strengthen the Continuing Education and Training system that is skills-based, open and accessible, as a mainstream pathway for all workers - young and older, from rank and file to professionals and executives - to upgrade and advance in their careers and lives.
